Fitness Classes

Beach Zumba: "Ditch the workout, join the party!" Join us for a high energy and motivating class that combines unique moves and music that will allow you to dance your worries away! Meet at the Bay Beach!

Aqua Mix: Deep and shallow water exercises working a largae range of motion incorporating stretches, kickboxing, shadow boxing and core development. Fast pace and hard core!

Yoga: This class focuses on basic classical yoga postures, alignment principles and breathing techniques. Enjoy a full body soothing stretch during this class.

Beach Yoga: Held at the Bay Beach. Yoga is total mind-body workout that combines strengthening and stretching poses with deep breathing and meditation or relaxation. 

Gentle Yoga: This class focuses on basic classical yoga postures, alignment principles and breathing techniques. Enjoy a full body soothing stretch during this class.

PiYo: Combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of Yoga. And, we crank up the speed to deliver a true fat-burning, low-impact workout that leaves your body looking long, lean and incredibily defined. 

Sculpt & Stretch: A sculpting class that places much emphasis on stretching and toning. This is great for beginners.

Sea Barre: Combines elements of Ballet, Pilates, and Yoga with isometrics to very quickly shape and tone you. *This is an advanced sign up class.* Please see the front desk at the Athletic Club for more details.

Stability Ball Shape Up (SB Shape Up): Using the stability ball and hand weights, work your total body. Build strong, lean muscles, core strength and stability.

4,3,2,1 Cardio: Total body fitness using interval training. We will do sets combining 4 minutes of cardio exercises, 3 minutes of resistance exercises, 2 minutes of core exercises, and 1 minute of stretching exercises. Come and work all aspects of fitness at your own pace.

Muscle Pump: This class focuses on low weight loads and high repetition movement to sculpt, tone, and strengthen your entire body. 

Tabata: Is a form of interval training, an exercise strategy alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less-intense recovery periods.
